Kathy J. Christiansen is the record breaking Top Producer year after year with former Coldwell Banker (2000 to 2007) and Venture and Macarthur Sotheby’s Int’l Realty (2008 to 2023), Kathy has had numerous Presidents Circle Awards of recent, in addition to being the 3 time Company-Wide Top Producer at MacArthur Sotheby’s International Realty for 2015, 2012, and 2009. Kathy has also been the Company Wide Top Producer of the Keauhou-Kona office for 2010, 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2018.

With more than 22 years of successful real estate experience, Kathy J. Christiansen globally markets her clients’ properties and represents them in their purchase of property on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kathy’s awards for production and successful sales volume have also included being named among the Top 25 Realtors in the state of Hawaii in 2010, among numerous other recognitions in Pacific Business News and other publications.
